Janet Yellen is Awesome

Newly appointed chair of the Federal Reserve System, Janet Yellen is already making an impact. She has asked her staff to not call her "Chairwoman" and instead, just call her "Chair." I personally found that really cool, especially considering she's the first woman to ever hold the position. I'll be interested to see how the media portrays her as she begins to do more with the job.
