Life Lessons from toys
Barbie may be disproportionate, but they do teach some valuable lessons to kids. Buzzfeed is usually pretty silly but I enjoyed this one! There's definitely a negative argument that can be found in this, but it's also good. I laughed.
While yes it was silly, the list pointed out one important idea. Barbies allow children to create and imagine nearly any world. It is important to encourage young minds to make their own stories. Yes, this comes from a Barbie owner but it was a great experience to create my own worlds were anything was possible. I do not remember ever thinking I want to look like my toys. I wonder how that concept started.
