The Powerpuff Girls: mini feminists

Turns out watching cartoons was educational after all... BuzzFeed writer Krutika Mallikarjuna wrote a piece on the 21 times The Powerpuff Girls smashed the patriarchy. I was obsessed with PPG as a kid and never really picked up on how they fought against criminals AND feminism. Here's one of the times Mallikarjuna highlights:
