Women in the US Senate

This  article talks about role Sen. Amy Klobuchar and Rep. Sewell have in electing more Democratic women to Congress this election cycle. While women made their biggest gains in 2012, they are not prepared to stay put. They hope to continue increasing their ranks and already have a number of high profile women running in competitive races nationwide, especially on the Senate side.
