Would you share you husband with 24 men?

Polygamy presents a complex patriarchal concern, I presume.
Clipped from the article-->
    "Having a sister-wife, it's like having the same relationship with your husband, but it's just two women, or three women or four, instead of a man and a woman," said Chatwin, who is the mother of seven children. "I love these girls. … And I couldn't live without them. I really couldn't."

    The clip above shows a very bold view, compared to the traditional components of family that is customarily accepted in America.

     I believe that there is a male dominance issue that present, in a society like this it is reasonable to assume that the male has much choice of who he brings into the marriage and how to divide his time.  I could be wrong, but I believe many people are fearful of a patriarchal dominance.  --> (This is at least true in Texas).   A fear for this predatory male concern shines in the second half of the article, where the focus shifts to the Texas Mormon ranch.  There, the state took several hundred children from their parents based upon suspicion that young girls were being subjected to unacceptable sexual and marital practice.   The court concludes that the states decision to remove the children from their homes was illogical.
In re Steed is the case title I believe... I could not find a good link.
