The IndyStar recently posted an awesome interactive highlighting sites of the Indiana Women's History Trail that are in Indianapolis. The IndyStar also added a couple sites in Indianapolis that aren't part of the trail, which features more than 20 sites throughout the state.
Highlighted sites include the Madame Walker Theater Center and the site of the first Girl Scout meeting in 1912.
The interactive and accompanying article gave a lot of great information about the positive impact women have made in Indianapolis. I had no idea the city had such a rich history. Definitely a good read!
