Walmart & Women

I am surprised to have seen this article.  Being that Wal Mart is a huge company that is located everywhere I was shocked that they are trying to help women and their businesses.  “Walmart is using our size and scope to help women-owned businesses around the world succeed and grow,” says Andrea Thomas, SVP of Sustainability. Wal-Mart is trying to give 20 billion dollars to women-owned business.  I am happy to see something like this taking place in society today.  We have came so far over the years and it is great to see such a large company supporting women in their careers.
