Misleading Photoshop Ads to be Banned?

There is now a bipartisan effort to make misleading photoshopped ads illegal.  The legislators say that the increased use of photoshopped ads is leading to decrease in positive body images.  No doubt the advertisers are going to fight to kill this bill, but I think that the law is way over due.  What do you think?
