Women Driving In Saudi Arabia
For my Social Work class this semester, one of our projects was to compare our culture to another culture. I decided to interview one of my boyfriend's friends who is from Saudi Arabia. While I was interviewing him, we came across the discussion of how women are not allowed to drive in the country. This is the only country that this takes place in. It is not a law however, just a strong form of religion that is enforced. There is several controversies that are taking place and I thought I would share an article with the class that I cam across.
