How bad do you want it?

This does not have anything to do about women or politics, but it is a video that my boyfriend showed me that was great motivation. It goes through and talks about the difference that someone has to put forward to be come successful. Everyone also says that they want to do something, but do they necessarily put the effort into it? If you all need a little motivation to get you through anything this is a great video to watch!
