Money and Men

This is an interesting article because it talks about how raises affect a company and how many men and women are apart of that company.  It explains that men are more likely to ask for a raise and receive the higher pay than a women.  The article focuses on a former women bank executive and how she has taken a stand after she lost her job after asking for a raise.  Check it out.
