women in the force

Being a criminal justice minor i think that it is extremely upsetting to hear peoples views on a women law enforcer.  I have heard so many negative comments when talking about police officers and the women who become one.  People think that because i woman is stern that she is automatically a bitch or stuck up.  We are the same as men hence the equal rights movement.  WHYYYYYY! This is a perfect picture! Anything you can do we can do to! and sometimes better! It is time for society to realize that women are going to work in the same field as men and there is nothing they can do about it!
