“Lean In: For Graduates”

Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO, is a self-made woman who will soon be one of the richest in the world.  She recently wrote a book entitled “Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead.”  In the book she bluntly discusses what she feels is one of the world’s biggest issues- “a lack of women in power.”

What may be even more relevant, at least for the women in this course, is her recent release of a new book “Lean In: For Graduates,” which is specifically tailored for recent college graduates.  It is essentially a how to manual for females who recently graduated from college and how to get a step ahead on the workforce power ladder.
